- Incorrect delivery of items or an incorrect size choice can be returned for an exchange only.
- Faulty goods can be returned and once inspected and deemed faulty a refund will happily be issued.

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition including original tags and packaging.

Receiving your refund:
- Upon inspecting the returned item/s, they will undergo review and once cleared, we will gladly refund you only if the item is deemed faulty.
- Return of funds is made via your original payment method indicated on your initial order form.
- Please note we do not do price adjustments. We refund only the original price indicated on your initial order form.
- Please allow 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email from Ginger Elliott stating funds have been returned. Please note we are not responsible for Stripes refund time frame.
